Exhibitor Information

Exhibitors will be selected based on type of wares and/or business. To ensure variety and quality, the Autumn Heritage Festival reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor application. Please provide detailed information to enhance your consideration for selection. Applications received without a clear explanation will not be considered. Space is limited. There will be a booth fee once your application is approved. Please see the Vendor Fee Schedule to determine your cost. Decisions are final, refusals are firm, they are not necessarily based on the order in which the applications are received. Exhibitors will set up in a 12x12 ft. space. Each exhibitor will be responsible for supplying all their materials such as table, chairs, etc. Electricity may be available to non-food exhibitors. Food exhibitors, who wish to be considered, can list on their application their request for electricity and requirements needed. Food vendors will be considered first for booths will electrical access. Generators will not be permitted. Booths may be set up the evening of October 15, 2010 between 5:00pm and 8:00pm or October 16, 2010 between 6:00am and 9:00am. Setup should be completed by 9:30am on October 16th. Vehicle access to exhibitor space will not be available after 9:00am.
